Pat Davey leads the strategic direction of SEE Services, driving the company’s long-term vision, growth and operational performance. As Managing Director, he chairs the Senior Leadership Team and is ultimately accountable for ensuring SEE delivers consistent outcomes for clients across every area of the business.
Suzanne King
Chief Financial Officer (CFO / FD)
Suzanne King oversees the financial strategy and governance of SEE Services, supporting sustainable growth and commercial performance across the business. Her remit includes financial planning, risk management, investor and lender relationships, and maintaining strong operational and financial controls.
Jordan Marsh
Operations Director (OD)
Jordan Marsh leads operational delivery across the Manage, Deliver and Develop pillars, ensuring projects and services are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. Having joined SEE in 2001 as an electrical operative before becoming Director in 2019, Jordan brings deep technical expertise and hands-on operational experience to the business.

Jamie Davey leads the day-to-day delivery of SEE’s planned maintenance, compliance and reactive service operations. He oversees the Manage and Deliver pillars, including the 24/7/365 helpdesk, ensuring clients receive responsive, dependable support across their estates.

With more than 35 years of industry experience, Jeff Alden leads group strategy, business development and organisational growth across SEE Services. His responsibilities include bids, marketing, recruitment, health & safety and strategic planning, helping drive the business forward across key sectors and frameworks.

Stuart Wain leads account management, client solutions and business development activities across SEE Services. He is responsible for new client acquisition, framework performance, bid management and strategic client relationships, while ensuring the SEE proposition is clearly communicated across the markets and sectors we support.

David Smith leads SEE's building fabric and refurbishment project delivery activities, supporting clients with capital works, infrastructure upgrades and estate improvements. He is responsible for Principal Contractor duties, project delivery, commercial performance and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with CDM requirements.

Lee Cowlbeck leads health, safety, quality and environmental management across SEE Services. His responsibilities include compliance, auditing, accreditations, incident management and CDM assurance, ensuring the business maintains the highest standards of safety, governance and operational performance.
