Jeff Alden

Group Strategy and

Development Director

Having held the role for four years, Jeff is responsible for developing the overall group strategy and ensuring the company meets key targets and objectives, overseeing bids and marketing, H&S, recruitment and sales. Jeff possesses over 35 years’ experience within the industry, having worked at senior management and director level for several leading facilities management companies in the UK.

Jordan Marsh

Operations

Director

Jordan leads the sustainability division that manages and delivers projects for many of SEE’s biggest clients. These include M&E installations, fit-outs, remodel’s, EV installations and decarbonisation programmes. Starting his career with SEE in 2001 as an electrical operative, Jordan has worked his way through the company to be appointed as a director in 2019.

Head of Finance, Business Support and Company Secretary

Leading finance, HR and IT functions, Gill’s responsibilities also include corporate governance.  Gill has over 23 years' experience in senior finance roles, with specialist experience in FM, construction and sub-contracting industries

Responsible for Account and project management, including operational strategy Stuart can call on more than 21 years' experience in the FM retail sector as an account and project manager.

Mark’s current role focuses on new business development. With 29 years in the FM industry to his credit, Mark’s CV includes a portfolio of business development roles at senior manager and director level with a number of other well-established FM companies.

Client Service

Responsible for operational and service delivery, Martin’s experience includes more than 23 years in various management roles, including 14 years as a general manager for a national retail chain.
