Position:   Mechanical Project Manager

Location:  Hainault - Essex

Salary:     £50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)


Role Summary:

​

An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join our Fast Track department who will provide Mechanical and Electrical services across multiple sectors from design through to installation and commissioning, with project values ranging from £1,000 up to £500,000.  

 

Experience Required:

 

  • Relevant qualification 

  • Mechanical Project Management Experience 

  • H&S Awareness

  • Ability to quote/estimate small to medium size project (range £1,000 - £500,000)

  • SMSTS 

  • Computer Literate… Outlook, Word, Excel  

  • Ability to Start immediately or within a Month maximum.     

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong management skills

  • Ensure Projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • You will be responsible for managing projects based in and around the UK across our Fast Track Department.

Position:   Company Management Accountant

Location:  Hainault - Essex

Salary:     Negotiable

Role Summary:

 

To develop and maintain our management accounts, yearend and accounting system and procedures in an efficient and effective manner to achieve the businesses objectives.   To develop management reporting and cost analysis reviews. To manage and develop the finance team.

To ensure all Hygiene and Health and Safety standards are maintained.

  • 18th Edition City & Guilds 

  • Project Management Experience 

  • H&S Awareness

  • Ability to quote/estimate small to medium size project (range £1,000 - £200,000)

  • SMSTS 

  • Computer Literate… Outlook, Word, Excel 

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong management skills

  • Ensure Projects are delivered on time and within budget
