Position:   Junior Electrical Project Manager

Location:  Hainault - Essex

Salary:     Negotiable

An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a Junior Electrical Project Manager to join SEE Services who provide Mechanical and Electrical services across multiple sectors from design through to installation and commissioning, with project values ranging from £1,000 up to £200,000.


Role Summary:

 

Responsible for managing projects based in and around the UK across our Fast Track Department the role has huge scope for career progression and the facility to work with a great deal of autonomy.  You will manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the design procurement, installation, and commissioning of assigned projects, ensuring that high quality, compliant installations are delivered to the customer in a manner consistent with the company's contract management system.  Further establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with customers and supply chain.

Experience Required:

 

  • 18th Edition City & Guilds 

  • Project Management Experience 

  • H&S Awareness

  • Ability to quote/estimate small to medium size project (range £1,000 - £200,000)

  • SMSTS 

  • Computer Literate… Outlook, Word, Excel 

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong management skills

  • Ensure Projects are delivered on time and within budget

Position:   Business Development Manager

Location:  Hainault - Essex

Salary:     Negotiable

Due to continued growth SEE are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be primarily responsible for winning new business and managing client accounts through our framework agreements.


Role summary:

  • To improve sales revenue and profitability via our client frameworks

  • Develop and implement strategies for maintaining and improving relationships with key decision-makers 

  • Identify new leads and potential customer accounts via our frameworks that are either not trading with the business or not trading to full potential and deliver strategies for winning new opportunities.

  • Generate and follow-up leads on existing database creating new opportunities

  • Record and analyse customer account information and promote our exceptional standard of customer service

  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations with both new and existing clients

  • Build pipelines and generate reports

  • Liaise with the Group Strategy & Development Director to seek out and maximise cross selling opportunities across the business

  • Attend networking and b2b sales events
     

Experience Required:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years within the FM and construction industry

  • Must have experience working with public sector clients and maximising framework opportunities

  •  Self motivated and target driven

  • A full clean driving licence and be willing to travel

Position:   A/C Engineer

Location:  Glasgow

Salary:     £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

 

SEE are currently looking for an A/C Engineer to install, service and maintain systems and equipment for their clients. 

Role Summary:

  • Providing quotation of materials/labour to your Line Manager

  • Undertaking preparatory work

  • Inspecting, testing, certificating, and commissioning

  • Identifying and rectifying faults

  • Providing functional and technical information to customers

  • Maintaining effective working relationships with fellow workers

  • Overseeing work activities

Experience Required:

  • FGAS Category 1 skill card or equivalent (any other will not be considered)

  • Able to follow technical drawings, building plans and other instructions and work carefully, methodically and safely

  • Be comfortable working at heights and prepared to work in all weather conditions

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Be presentable with a pleasant manner

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be a team player but also able to work on own initiative
