Office Administrator

Division:  SEE Helpdesk

Location:  SEE Head Office - Hainault, Essex

Due to our growing business, we are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our team at our head office in Hainault.  The role is suitable for someone that enjoys working in a fast paced busy environment, and is looking for a varied and rewarding role.

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Answering the telephone

  • Logging jobs on our in house system

  • Updating clients portals

  • Emailing sub-contractors with job details and chasing for updates

  • Submitting quotations to clients

  • Checking Engineers time sheets

  • Managing the generic helpdesk in box and if required forwarding to relevant persons

  • Raising out of hours jobs

  • Managing the parking for the engineers

  • Checking managers credit card statements

Skills & Abilities:

  • Computer literate

  • Good telephone manner

  • Works well within a team but can also action tasks independently if required
